Our Executive Leadership and Corporate Services teams, based in a dedicated suite on the North Gosforth Academy site, are led by our Chief Executive Officer. United by our mission to put children and young people at the centre of all decision making, they work closely with school leaders and Trustees to deliver our vision, maintain high standards, and support a culture where both staff and students can thrive.
The Executive Leadership Team provide strategic leadership across all areas, from school improvement, curriculum development and teaching excellence, to inclusive learning environments and financial sustainability. They are instrumental in creating an environment where innovation is encouraged, ambition is nurtured, and high standards are maintained.
Our Corporate Services Team is the engine behind our schools’ success, delivering expert support in finance and procurement, HR and governance, ICT and data management, facilities and estates, communications and marketing, so that school leaders can stay focused on what matters most: outstanding education and student well-being. From ensuring smooth rollouts of new initiatives to embedding consistency and long-term impact across the Trust, they bring clarity, confidence, and capacity where it’s needed most.
Together, the Executive Leadership team, Corporate Services team and school leaders, work together to empower our schools, so that all parents and carers are assured that their child is in safe, capable, and caring hands.
