General Enquiries

Most general or operational queries can be answered by our Trust's Administration Team.

These enquiries may include:

  • General questions about our Trust or academies
  • Day-to-day operational matters
  • Enquiries for Trust leaders (including the Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer)

Governance, Trust Board and Specialist Contacts

If you would like to contact our Governance team, members of the Trust Board, or the Chair of Trustees, please email: governance@gosforthgroup.org.uk

This contact route should be used for governance matters only, rather than operational queries. In the subject line of your email, please include the nature of your enquiry or the person you wish to contact (for example: FAO: Chair of Trustees).

To contact the Trust’s Accounting Officer or Chief Financial Officer, please email: admin@gosforthgroup.org.uk. Please include the name or role of the intended recipient in the subject line (for example: FAO: Chief Financial Officer).

Finance and Invoices

Our Finance Team manages all queries relating to invoices, payments, and supplier accounts.

If you need to contact us regarding invoices, purchase orders, payments, or account queries, please email: finance@gosforthgroup.org.uk 

To help us respond as quickly as possible, please include relevant details in your enquiry, such as:

  • Invoice number
  • Purchase order (PO) number
  • Supplier name
  • School or department the query relates to

Concerns, Complaints and Resolutions

We believe that raising concerns is an important part of learning, improvement, and maintaining trust.

If you are a member of the public and wish to raise a concern or make a complaint, please complete and submit a Members of the Public Complaints Form.

All concerns and complaints are handled with care and respect. Any information you provide will be managed in accordance with data protection requirements.

Freedom of Information (FOI) and Subject Access Requests (SAR)

We are committed to being open and transparent, and to handling requests for information in line with relevant legislation.
